Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policies

In an effort to honor the valuable time of our Service Providers, we have joined our fellow salons in the area in implementing Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policies. This is to ensure that we can serve our clients to the best of our ability, as well as having the opportunity to offer more appointment availabilities.

Appointment Scheduling Policy

•  All Service Appointments will require a 50% deposit to hold your reserved appointments. As we do understand at times circumstances arise and appointments need to be rescheduled, we will transfer any deposits to the next rescheduled service date. 
• All New Color Clients will require a complementary consultation. 

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving 15 minutes or later for their scheduled appointment time, may be subjected to having to reschedule for their service. It is at our stylists discretion if they can offer any services they may be able to provide for you in accordance with schedule.

Children's Coloring Services:

Our current Policy for any chemical services preformed for children under the age of 12, we will require a parent or guardian to sign a release waiver in order to proceed with chemical services. It is at the stylist discretion to determine if they are able to proceed with the service. Please speak with your stylist for any inquiries regarding these services.
